Product Authenticity
All trading cards sold through this store are authentic original cards obtained from legitimate sources. Cards may be pulled directly from sealed packs or acquired through trusted suppliers and collections. We do not sell counterfeit or reproduction cards unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
Card Condition Standards
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, all cards follow the Near Mint (NM) trading card condition standard. Near Mint cards typically display minimal to no visible wear and have been handled with care.
Because trading cards are manufactured items, minor factory imperfections may exist. These may include but are not limited to:
- Minor edge or corner imperfections
- Small print lines or surface marks
- Minor centering variations
- Factory printing defects
These types of characteristics are common in collectible trading cards and do not necessarily constitute damage.
If a card has condition issues beyond typical Near Mint expectations, those issues will be clearly disclosed within the product listing whenever possible.
Product Images
Due to the collectible nature and volume of trading cards sold, product images may represent an example of the card rather than the exact card you will receive.
Images are intended to accurately represent the card design, set, and expected condition level. When individual cards with notable differences or defects are sold, those differences will be disclosed within the product listing.
Grading Expectations
Raw (ungraded) trading cards sold by this store are not guaranteed to receive any specific grading result from third-party grading companies such as PSA, BGS, SGC, or others.
Professional grading results can vary based on many factors including centering, surface, edges, and corners. Purchasing a card from this store does not guarantee a particular grading outcome.
Shipping & Packaging
All cards are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
Packaging methods may include one or more of the following depending on card value and order size:
- Protective penny sleeve
- Rigid top loader
- Premium magnetic holder for higher-value cards
- Protective mailer or box packaging
Orders containing multiple cards may be packaged together using the most appropriate protection method.
We take great care to package all orders to prevent movement or damage during transit.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses and order details are correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are considered final unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item was significantly not as described
- The item was damaged during shipping
If an issue occurs, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We will review each situation individually and work with the customer to determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Damage
If a package arrives damaged, customers should retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging and contents.
Shipping carriers may require this documentation for claims.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
Orders may be subject to additional verification when necessary to protect both the customer and the store.
